International Shipping:

For orders shipped outside India, shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the shipping address and shipping method chosen by the customer. The estimated delivery time is generally between 3 to 14 business days, depending on the location of the shipping address.


Customs and Duties:

Customers outside of India may be subject to customs and duties charges levied by their local government. These charges are not included in the shipping fees charged by and are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise specified. Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once their order has been shipped.


Shipping Restrictions: reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be shipped due to shipping restrictions or other reasons beyond our control. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.


Delivery Attempts:

In case of failed delivery attempts, the customer will be notified and a subsequent delivery attempt will be made based on the customer’s availability and consent.


Lost or Damaged Packages:

In case of lost or damaged packages, customers should immediately contact’s customer care team to report the issue and initiate a claim. The company will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a satisfactory resolution to the customer.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject “Cancellation Request.”. Or It can be cancelled by going through MY ACCOUNT , Then ORDERS and CANCELLATION REQUEST.

If the order has already been processed and shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the product(s) in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process a refund to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request or charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price if the product(s) have already been shipped or are no longer in their original condition.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun.
