Returns and Refunds Policy

At Joe Vogue, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and easy returns process.

Returns

We accept returns for most products within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging with all tags intact. If the product is damaged or defective, please initiate a return request at Orders in My Account or contact us at Whatsapp Chat Support or [email protected] to arrange for a return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • You can initiate a return request at Orders in My Account.
  • Pack the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation that were included with the original shipment.
  • Include a copy of the invoice with the return shipment.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer care team.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the product is not lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in its original condition, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. 

For cash on delivery orders refund can be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 7 – 10 working days.

For Prepaid orders refund can be processed to the same account from which the payment made within 7 – 10 working days.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges for products purchased through JoeVogue.com. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
